The Senior Compensation Partner will proactively build partnerships, foster open dialogue, provide creative solutions to issues in real time and support the successful administration of compensation programs globally. What you’ll be doing

  • Be an integral part of the Global Compensation team by supporting the execution and development of Unity's global compensation programs, including budgeting and modelling, developing tool requirements, communications and training
  • Complete ad-hoc compensation analyses linked to new job creation, current employees, and promotion requests by utilising external benchmark data and internal peer equity while ensuring alignment to Unity's compensation philosophy
  • Lead UK Gender Pay Gap reporting submissions
  • Own the end-to-end workflow and full management of the compensation change process, including readiness activities for HR, managers, and employees
  • Develop and maintain relations with key partners in HR, Finance, and Executive Leadership and contribute to cross-functional HR projects as needed

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience providing compensation partnership with experience collaborating with internal partners at all levels
  • Previous experience supporting compensation projects including annual compensation cycles, maintenance of salary ranges, budgeting and forecasting
  • Excellent judgement and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly take insights from complex data sets
  • Flexible and open to changing priorities, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes and comfortable working independently and seek out resources and answers needed to meet timelines

You might also have

  • Experience with APAC compensation(China, Japan, Korea, Singapore) and a proven understanding of compensation practices at companies within the technology industry
  • Previous experience with UK Gender pay gap reporting
  • Fluency in Mandarin, Korean or Japanese
