Unity is looking for a knowledgeable, focused leader who will drive strategic and commercial value from new and established partners and publishers on the Asset Store!
The Manager, Strategic Partnerships and Operations will lead a small and dynamic team of business development professionals and partner account managers as part of the Asset Store’s commercialisation team. Together with your team you will help craft and deliver sales strategies to identify and bring in third party solutions into Unity’s ecosystem and propel their success on the Asset Store. Your team’s goal is to provide Unity creators within the Games, Architecture, Automotive and Film industries with more solutions to their problems.
As a leader, you will partner with senior leadership, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and other internal & external partners to develop and implement strategies alongside and in conjunction with the team!
What you’ll be doing
You will identify and address strategic opportunities across the business and partnerships, building and leading teams to engage on those opportunities.
Creatively thinking and crafting our strategy around the industries, including pricing, product, and market strategies
Establish business relationships with commercial partners within games, architecture, automotive and film industries
Collaborating across Unity’s divisions (including Development, Marketing, Support, Finance, and Legal) around key initiatives and deals
What we’re looking for
Proven track record of leading high-performance teams & managing large groups of external partners
Field-based direct sales/business development experience
Experience in consistently meeting or exceeding challenging team revenue targets
Proven ability to structure, develop and implement strategic agreements
Comfortable representing a technology company and working with CEOs, CMOs, or other business development and marketing staff to build solutions
You may also have
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, proactive and ability to move quickly
Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, internally and externally
Expertise in strategic partnership structures, contract negotiation, deal closing, as well as, experience in measuring, promoting, and maintaining customer engagement
Experience and in-depth knowledge of the technical components of real-time 3D development
