As a QA Manager, you will support your team and the developer teams they are embedded in to enable the delivery of quality software. You will also be part of a global QA team that actively works to ensure the functionality, stability, and usability across all of Unity’s features.
In this role, you will engage with developers and producers on test strategies and approaches for a variety of areas within Unity which lay the groundwork for all of our Editor and Runtime technology. You will be actively involved in driving the teams towards the best balance of automated and manual tests, and in ensuring tools and processes are in place to continually improve quality. In addition to championing a culture of quality, you will be hands-on and empowered to dive in and solve technical testing challenges as needed.

What we’re looking for
Experience leading change across teams or organisations
Working knowledge of using Unity
Programming experience with C#
Passion for testing and software development and for solving hard problems with code
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
