The opportunity

Unity Technologies is seeking a Manager, Channel Partner Account Manager to join the Channel team and manage the go-to-market strategy and accelerate revenue in AMER.

Unity is building a scale engine to conduct adoption and increase revenue globally, via having an ecosystem of trusted partners, including resellers, distributors and professional services partners that are proactively driving Unity sales.

As a Manager, Channel Partner Account Manager, you will guide a team of Partner Account Managers and Channel Operatives and build and execute on a go-to-market strategy. Reporting in to the head of Channel, you will be a member of the team for Channel and will align and work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing and Enablement. This role requires a proactive and experienced leader to take the AMER Channel business to the next level, which is an integral part of Unity’s overall industry strategy.

What you'll be doing

  • Working with Channel leadership and Sales Leadership, create an AMER Channel strategy aimed at increasing Unity’s footprint and revenue in North America and LATAM

  • Execute against the AMER strategy, being data oriented at all times to review and iterate as needed

  • Report against targeted metric and review team member performance against targets

  • Create predictable solutions to drive increased revenue in both the short and medium term

  • Align constantly with Sales to complement and enhance all GTM motions

What we're looking for

  • Proven problem-solving and detailed skills with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations and develop clear resolutions; adept at interpreting data for actionable business insights.

  • Consistent history of meeting revenue targets and strategic execution.

  • Experienced in team management and channel sales.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Past sales experience in industries like Design, Manufacturing, or AEC and familiarity with SaaS/industrial software applications.
