The opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth from new partners and growing relationships with existing ones. You’ll have the opportunity to work with mobile app and game developers from prospect through to meeting, selling, and closing sales, as well as build long-term relationships.

Ideally, you are someone with great interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, and able to present, negotiate, and close deals on Unity’s monetization suite. To be successful, you will consistently build a pipeline of viable prospects - we will give you the freedom to think and act creatively to get results. We want you to join us and help the team drive net-new revenue, exceed quarterly sales quota, and contribute to expand our footprint of customers within this key marketplace.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own and sell accounts sales plans for Unity Monetization products (Banner, Interstitial, Rewarded video, Mediation) to mobile app developers.
  • Analyze and identify Ad Revenue opportunities within a portfolio of existing accounts, mostly by upselling our existing clients with a consultative sales approach
  • Work in tandem with account management to ensure and expand successful relationships. Educate, answer questions, and send resources to clients.
  • Work cross-functionally to structure and improve upon available products and influence future product development
  • Keep abreast of the industry and technologies to ensure that you are a trusted resource to prospects and existing customers

What we’re looking for

  • Experience working in sales in the entertainment, Software or Technology industry
  • Experience in sales or account management with a proven track record of carrying and exceeding a quota
  • Strong communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills to present to clients
  • Proven skills in establishing great relationships with clients and upselling them
  • Mobile gaming or ad-tech experience with strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate insight and action.
  • Speak Turkish
