Unity Technologies is looking for an IT Change Management and Communications Intern to join our IT Business Systems Team. In this role, you will support our Communications and Program Management Team, working alongside functional analysts and project managers and help deliver key IT project implementations. Your focus will be to assist with communication and develop training materials as part of the project delivery on a global scale.
Responsibilities
- Participate in project meetings to support change management
- Work with key stakeholders to plan and deliver change management and communication activities
- Shadow Senior BA’s on project meetings and document meeting notes
- Document processes and team knowledge sites; include business partner knowledge
- Build WalkMe flows and help product/process owners document WalkMe training
- Attend Project team weekly meetings
Requirements
- Current student pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent and returning to the degree program after the completion of the internship for at least one semester
- Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality
- Good organizational skills and solid attention to detail that is looking to grow communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of system life cycle
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills
