As an Influencer Program Coordinator, you will join Unity’s Communications and PR Team. As part of this role, you will scout and recruit some of the most well-known and up-and-coming Unity influencers, tech streamers, and artists. You will plan and manage influencer activations sought at recruiting YouTubers and streamers crafting Unity-centric content. You will supervise collaborations showcasing Unity’s tools globally. We want you to join our team as we define and disrupt the way content creators and Youtubers build educational materials about Unity consumed by millions of learners around the world.
You will take part in defining the program's strategy, competitive research, outreach, and relationship building while working closely with the internal product and marketing teams. You will oversee the analysis of campaigns’ performance, support multiple influencer activations, and assist in planning quarterly and annual collaborations and events. What you'll be doing
Build and maintain long-term relationships with YouTubers, dev streamers, gaming influencers, and social media creators for our product suite.
Support the building out of campaigns to contribute to the growth of our games business.
Involved in talent discovery and onboarding.
Collaborate with influencers to produce paid and organic content.
Responsible for the administration of the program.
What we’re looking for
Some experience in influencer campaign or program management, preferably gaming influencers.
Knowledge of social media and analytics tools
Project management skills and ability to run multiple projects in parallel
Professional and resourceful communicator, experienced in working with micro and macro-influencers.
Proficient in verbal and written English
Technical knowledge of the Unity engine and editor.
