As the Digital Twins group, we focus on delivering a dynamic virtual copy of a physical asset, process, system, or environment that looks like its real-world counterpart and can simulate its behavior. The designer for Digital Twin’s Creative Studio will play a substantial role in purposefully telling our story, the value of our products, and how creators are using Unity to succeed. Our work is passionate about content production and asset creation for strategic campaigns and brand development.

The Opportunity

As a graphic designer, you are a visual storyteller with an arsenal of creative prowess who balances consistency and dissonance to build on a dynamic, growing brand. From concept to production, you’ll have a hand in bringing adventurous ideas to life. You understand the connection between product promise, organization goals, and user needs to translate into fresh original design executions!

You are someone with a desire to learn, a passion for solving all shapes and sizes of problems with informed design and attention to detail, understanding and adapting design systems, and expertise in production processes and standard file formats across digital and print media. Quick design reflexes, concrete time management, and excellent intrapersonal skills are needed to the highly upbeat, productive, and fun Creative Studio. Have a deep understanding of typography, building mechanicals and templates on various platforms, and experience with image editing, running heavy Photoshop files, brand guideline development, event design, production, etc.

What you’ll be doing

  • Production of camping assets across digital channels, including landing pages, newsletters, social media, and display ads
  • Translate marketing strategy into powerful and purposeful innovative results
  • Iterate and elevate brand aesthetics while supporting the overall brand direction
  • Continuously engage in process optimization and efficiencies
  • Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to implement the above while maintaining and elevating the Unity Digital Twins brand

What we’re looking for

  • 2-4 years of experience in fast-paced digital marketing, branding agency, or similar
  • A portfolio that reflects a strong eye for color, composition, and typography
  • Experience with self-initiated projects
  • Proven track record of balancing multiple short-term and long-term projects
  • Experience using data & metrics to measure success and advise future work
  • Mastery in Adobe Creative Suite and UX design tools (Figma or Adobe XD)

You might also have

  • Experience in B2B and/or industrial marketing
  • Experience in After Effects is a plus
  • Knowledge of design, technology trends, and significant organizational and process skills
