The Exchange Support Engineer will join a small team of fellow support engineers that help Demand Side Platform partners and their account managers scale business on Unity exchange and overcome any technical issues in the process.

In this role, you’ll focus on technology, troubleshooting and resolving issues that directly affect millions in ad spend. You’ll gain invaluable insights into our products and the programmatic ad industry, become a trusted resource for product engineering, account management, and peer support teams, and help shape the future of our services.
What you'll be doing
Provide second-tier support to customers and account managers via Salesforce ticketing system.
Troubleshoot issues encountered by DSP partners and account managers, including but not limited to discrepancies, creative rendering, and drops in performance.
Test product changes and fixes and providing detailed feedback to product, partners, and account managers when necessary
Drive complex issues through escalation to resolution with product engineering or external third parties
Represent the voice of the customer; surface customer needs and issues to product and business teams
What we're looking for
Able to create and debug ad creatives built with HTML, Javascript, XML, JSON
Comfortable analyzing traffic such as web requests and responses with web proxy software or Dev Tools, Charles
Experience in debugging and profiling web service APIs and HTTP requests
Able to draw conclusions from logical thinking and deductive reasoning skills
You might also have
Experience in the digital advertising space
Strong communication skills
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Ability to speak Mandarin or Hebrew
Passion for learning and being thorough
