We're building an exciting new business around a set of compelling consumer experiences. We need an outstanding marketing leader who can lead all aspects of the product marketing function and deliver strategy and execution.

You will accelerate success by contributing to the strategic direction of products. You and your team will be responsible for the charter for delivering clear value propositions, positioning, and messaging for consumer audiences. You will align go-to-market plans with product plans, ensuring product-market fit. You will also be responsible for sustaining and growing a new brand and supporting teams with senior marketing insight around product marketing positioning, campaign equality, and converting demand into acquisition.

What you’ll be doing

  • Work closely with leadership in the Consumer organization to continually improve our positive impact on the business, supporting and implementing strategies
  • Build productive and effective relationships with Product leadership to ensure product-market fit.
  • Form a team, improving efficiency, impact, and skills.
  • Assist in the development of pricing, product, and market strategies
  • Lead our team to define the interoperability of products in order to provide sophisticated solutions to improve player creation tools.

What we’re looking for

  • Shown product marketing leadership and execution in high scale digital consumer products.
  • Deep understanding of awareness and demand creation.
  • Shown return on investment based approach to marketing evaluation
  • Excellent collaborator and communicator who can align and drive cross-functional teams on products and strategy
  • Clarity of thinking in crafting and communicating marketing plans ensuring partners are aligned, onboarded, and completing a crystal clear vision and game plan
