We are looking for a Director, Product Management to join us in the Discovery & Onboarding product organization leading the Unity Hub!

In this role, you will lead a growing team of product managers to craft and facilitate a user-first vision that transforms the Hub into the gateway for creating the Metaverse. The Hub will serve as the future intersection of discovery and productivity through product suites (Games, Creators, No-Code, etc.), workflows, and onboarding (templates and micro-experiences).

You will draw upon your experience mentoring and enabling teams, defining and aligning strategic roadmaps, and delivering regular updates for a widely used product in an agile management environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Build and implement a three horizon product strategy that will deliver on the organizational 10-year vision
• Lead and manage multiple product teams and embody a product doctrine of people, process, and product
• Collaborate across roles and teams to collect feedback, ensure all business priorities and user outcomes, and communicate strategy to all levels of the organization
• Use data to create key performance indicators that you will measure product success against
• Coordinate with product marketing on go-to-market activities that cross multiple product areas

• You can understand technical scenarios to learn and engage in analysis of solutions

You might also have

• UX and product design experience
• Storytelling superpowers and the ability to share complex scenarios clearly and concisely
• A great sense of humour and an in-it-together attitude
