Role description

The opportunity

The Customer Service Team is the first point of contact for most Unity users who need help and guidance. As a Customer Service Analyst, you will be key in supporting our global users by answering tickets, live chats, and crafting self-service articles. As well as supporting customers in an insightful manner. We also work with Unity’s internal teams including Sales, the Asset Store, and Marketing to resolve issues as they arise.

Training in our Customer Service processes will be provided at the start of this permanent position. We will also invest in training to support your professional growth throughout your employment. This Team places importance on decency, inclusion, and harmony as our central values.

We are based in our modern office, located in the business area of Pereira. Perks include weekly yoga sessions, and free catered lunches in the office three times per week!

What you’ll be doing

  • Answering user’s non-technical questions with clarity and insight, in a timely manner
  • Writing and maintaining articles for our Knowledge Base to provide our users a proven self-help resource
  • Maintaining a high standard of quality to ensure customer satisfaction

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in Customer Service or in a customer-facing role where understanding customers’ needs are key
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • A love of learning, as we work in a fast-paced environment with a lot of changes

You might also have

  • Experience of different software including Email, Live Chat, and/or Ticketing systems e.g. Zendesk
