The Opportunity

You will work in our Global Strategic Partnership group and collaborate with key internal/external partners to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue and build deep and lasting customer partnerships. You must be a forward-thinking leader with vision and possess the ability to establish strategic direction, develop and flawlessly execute sales objectives, and encourage others to deliver desired results.

As a leader within the Global Strategic Partnerships team at Unity, you will be responsible for leading business strategy, negotiations, and opportunity analysis across Ad Networks, Software Vendors, and Technology Providers.

What you'll be doing

  • Establish and implement project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and partners.
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends as needed to prepare status reports.
  • Monitor and analyze data metrics to ensure success in strategic deals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional partners to facilitate any fixes, improvements, or adjustments to ensure success in client deals.
  • Work cross-functionally with the product, marketing, analytics, and Unity engine teams to assign duties and responsibilities and oversee workflow of project staff, while ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of the project. Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.

What we're looking for

  • Prior experience in a business development role
  • Mobile experience, preferably in a services/SDK business
  • Knowledge and passion of the gaming ecosystem
  • Strong organization skills
  • Comfortable working in a data-driven environment

You might also have

  • Passionate about playing games on multiple different platforms (console, mobile, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills with both external partners
