On top of gaming, they truly have a deep love of pop culture: they keep an eye on the worlds of music, fashion, influencers, lifestyle, and food. The host must have some improvisational experience, an awesome sense of humor, and strong multi-tasking skills. The ideal candidate is creative, able to think on their feet, maintains a deep pop culture sensibility, is confident but not conceited, and can be occasionally irreverent. Hosts will be constantly engaging with each other, the audience, and a rotating guest list in a variety of segments. The ideal host should understand how to let a guest take the spotlight, and also how to let the audiences feel themselves reflected in them. The host must be able to assess, plan, write, and adapt to any situation with a solid understanding of the archetypes and roles to be played in every scenario. They can naturally engage with guests and audiences in the heat of the moment.
