Job Description
Unbroken Studios is looking for a Quality Assurance Tester! The Quality Assurance Tester will be responsible for researching, finding, replicating, and documenting bugs on our next exciting videogame title. This is a full-time temporary position - 40 hours per week - with benefits. Please note, only local candidates can be considered at this time.
Responsibilities:
Executing test plans on pre-release versions of software
Assessing product functionality against design documents
Researching and documenting software issues
Generating software bug reports that detail the issue in a concise and accurate manner
Collaborating with QA team members and other developers to ensure quality and fun
Provide feedback on features in development
Perform daily tests and responsibility for quality and stability of new game content, new features and upcoming releases
Verify fixes applied by developers (bug regression)
Contribute to and help maintain a project bug database
Qualifications
Training, education, or degree in computer science, game development, or programming disciplines
A cover letter demonstrating an interest in games quality assurance

Must be authorized to work in the US
Experience with Agile development
Experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence) or adjacent tools and software
Strong attention to detail, analytical eye, and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Able to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
Passion for games and delivering quality products
Capacity to multitask and prioritize
Knowledge of Office Suite
Familiarity with the game development cycle and methodologies

Previous experience testing video games preferred
Experience working on AAA titles
Embedded development QA experience
Experience playing or working on multiplayer action titles
Experience working with external teams
Experience in programming or scripting languages
Experience with a Game Development Engine
