In 2020, Uken released Ava’s Manor, a solitaire game where users renovate and decorate the manor while discovering mysterious clues and dabbling in a romantic love story. Uken’s foray into narrative games is an exciting opportunity for the company.

Uken is looking for a Rigger to join the team. This role will be responsible for creating and maintaining the animation pipeline for new 3D games at Uken. Uken is a mobile game development studio that embraces product innovation as a strategy for success. To leverage our creative spirit, we maintain a lean development strategy and a sharp focus on delivering highly engaging experiences.
As a Ukenite, you'll be working on meaningful things like:
- Creating rigs for 3D characters
- Creating custom tools with our programming and animation team
- Blocking and animating in-game cutscenes
- Developing systems and tool-sets for artists and developers
Your background should include:
- Significant experience with character animation and rigging
- Good knowledge of additional art toolsets (3D studio, Maya, etc..)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Appetite to learn, grow, and take on increasingly more responsibility
- Experience with Unity
- Moderate experience with C# is an asset
- A portfolio of self-made games
