Job Description

At the global headquarters of Ubisoft's Mobile Games division, you’ll work to support advertising specialists by helping to optimize in-game advertising monetization for our portfolio of mobile games.

More specifically, you’ll manage an expanding portfolio of mobile games internationally. You’ll analyze monetization KPIs and identify areas of opportunity to ensure the best experience for players while maximizing ad revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize ad placements by identifying areas for improvement based on performance analysis, using specialized tools and market research as part of a continuous ad revenue optimization strategy.

  • Support international studios in developing and implementing their advertising monetization strategy, providing technical support for ad integration, and ensuring alignment with profitability goals.

  • Manage and develop relationships with international advertising partners (ad networks), overseeing their performance and optimizing campaigns for Ubisoft Mobile Games to maximize revenue and improve ROI.

  • Conduct in-depth analyses of team initiatives, offering clear and strategic recommendations to guide studio decision-making.

  • Conduct competitive and technological monitoring, tracking market trends, tools, and competitor practices to inform the team’s strategic decisions.

  • Manage and update internal communication tools to ensure effective exchanges with studios and smooth collaboration across international teams.

  • Develop automated dashboards and reports using Tableau to enhance data autonomy and overall team efficiency.

  • Oversee and ensure compliance with ad quality guidelines for in-game ads, using appropriate tools to maintain the best possible user experience.

Qualifications

  • Passionate about mobile games, you enjoy testing and discovering new titles and have a solid understanding of this world.

  • Comfortable with numbers, proficient in Excel, and genuinely interested in data analysis.

  • Practical experience with Tableau is a plus.

  • Curious and adaptable, you thrive in a constantly changing industry with the ability to be self-sufficient and self-taught.

  • Versatile and organized, you can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, enabling you to collaborate effectively in an international environment.

Recruitment Process

Work Hours: Full-time

Remote or Onsite: Flexible work arrangement to be discussed with the hiring manager, in line with Ubisoft’s Work From Home policy – three days onsite at Saint-Mandé each week.

Contract : Fixed term contract (12 -18 Months)
