Job Description

The Ubisoft Ad Operations team is looking for a temporary Ad Operations Specialist for a 5 month contract role to support our US and UbiSoft store media campaigns. This person will work closely with cross-functional teams (Media Planning & Buying, and UbiSoft Store) to traffic campaigns across multiple platforms.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Provide knowledge and hands on experience in Campaign Manager (formerly known as DCM)
  • Traffic campaigns across multiple digital marketing platforms including DSP and Ad Servers (like Campaign Manager)
  • Ensure data flow between platforms
  • Support cross-functional teams and the Ad Operations manager to determine taxonomies
  • Ensure adherence to naming conventions for all digital marketing activities
  • Assist in recommendation and QA of tagging implementation across owned and operated properties
  • Work with vendors to ensure tracking needs are met
  • Work closely with analytics, media, and data team
  • Be actively involved in deployment of ad tech tools
  • Stay current with vendor offerings and vet/recommend changes and upgrades to existing tech stack

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s in digital marketing or digital advertising, or bachelor’s degree in math, computer science or similar
  • 2-3 years experience implementing and managing ad tech tools
  • Hands-on familiarity with adservers (DCM/DFP), DMPs, DSPs, and the digital media ecosystem in general including reporting metrics and dimensions
  • Proven track-record of implementing and successfully interconnecting ad-tech
  • Experience with ad trafficking (display and video) across multiple systems
  • Experienced in troubleshooting for different advertising platforms incl. Dv360, CM, Amazon, Facebook etc.
  • Familiarity with tag management systems (mainly Google Tag Manager)
  • Must be detail oriented, self-motivated and time efficient
  • Experience working with remote teams an asset
  • Knowledge of video game industry a plus
