Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan and develop the IT hardware integration pipeline as a sustainable product for Ubisoft’s Datacenter team
- Oversee the reception, storage, assembly, testing and deployment of Ubisoft’s hardware for our Datacenters
- Build a framework to handle spare components stock, manufacturer logistics and eco-responsible disposal of IT hardware
- Establish and maintain close relationships with internal and external partners for the success of the product
- Recruit and lead a team of dedicated and motivated individuals to ensure success of the product
Qualifications
Skills & competencies
- Strong experience in service or product development and team building in an IT or Datacenter context
- Strong analysis and business process definition, vendor, and stakeholder relationship management skills
- Experience in a data center environment, familiar with rack design, power management and cooling systems
- Experience with IT support management (ITIL) and Agile project management methodologies
- Experience with team management, staff development in a global enterprise
- Bilingual communication skills (French and English, written and spoken).
