JOB DESCRIPTION
Your life at Ubi:
As a Talent Sourcer, you will be part of our HR team and manage the first stages of the recruitment process.
Your main mission:
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques;
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Maintain candidate databases
- Continuously look for new trends in sourcing technical profiles for the video games industry
- Promote our employer brand online and offline
QUALIFICATIONS
The value you bring:
- Proven previous sourcing experience
- Comfortable with Boolean search and with the most relevant sourcing platforms
- Good communication skills in Romanian and English
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proactive and results-oriented
- Passion for recruitment and a positive attitude
