JOB DESCRIPTION

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and supports the Ubisoft Canada Talent Acquisition team. This person will have the opportunity to collaborate with people from all over the world, work on different projects related to recruitment and gain experience in the field! The ideal candidate will be organized and have a good sense of collaboration, good French/English communication skills, attention to detail and a good sense of humor!

This is a 1-year temporary position that includes benefits.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide support to the talent acquisition team by coordinating/scheduling candidate interviews
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including talent acquisition team members, candidates, hiring managers and interview panel
  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle for intern positions
  • Perform recruitment related tasks such as posting positions and performing background and reference checks
  • Coordinate and review job descriptions translation (FR/EN, EN/FR)
  • Assist with processes related to hiring and on-boarding
  • Master our applicant tracking system, scheduling tools and organizational products including SmartRecruiters, Teams and Google Suite
  • Provide input and assist with improving current processes and creating best practices
  • Take part in special project assignments to develop world class processes and tools for the Talent Acquisition function
