Job Description

Within our SEA Team, you will be responsible for the development and growth of Ubisoft Store network in the SEA region. Like a conductor, you will build the future of our B2C Business and collaborate in-between engagement, sales and marketing teams. You need to have knowledge of digital sales promotions, and backend management. Your daily interaction with our local team and our headquarter in France require excellent communication and negotiation skills.

You will be part of a multi-national Team, based in Singapore, Taipei and Hong Kong, reporting to the General Manager Business in Singapore

More precisely, YOUR MISSION will be the following:

Ubisoft Store development - from a technical and economical perspective - to the next level:

  • Develop long term channel / sales strategy
  • Besides Ubisoft store you will handle the whole PC business and our Ubisoft merchandise marketplace stores
  • Lead the online data and insights trajectory
  • Be able to identify data issues in various tools and come up with ways to improve our data and insights
  • Develop digital marketing strategy for Ubisoft store and other parts of Ubisoft SEA business
  • Paid (Affiliate, Search, Social, DV360 etc.)
  • Owned (Social, Content, SEO etc.)
  • Earned (PR etc.)
  • Create the best local Ubisoft store experience for our customers
  • Identify and fix technical issues
  • Maintain and optimize content in three different languages
  • Plan and help execute local promotions
  • Extensive Marketing and Sales Campaign analysis to improve future campaigns and spot new opportunities
  • Stakeholder and partner management with local teams, HQ, IT teams and partners
  • Finding new business opportunities / partnerships
  • Manage various digital platforms (web and app)

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of career achievement in (digital) marketing and ecommerce. Agency experience is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial minded, be able to articulate new ideas and influence others to gain support
  • Experience with digital marketing plan from budget planning to execution. Growth Marketing experience is a plus
  • Experience with data tools like Adobe Analytics, MicroStrategy, Tableau etc.
  • Experience with online marketing tools like Facebook Business Manager, DV360 etc.
  • Experience with CMS systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, and comfortable presenting to top management
  • Affinity with Gaming Industry, IT, Tech and Marketing
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills
