Job Description

The mission of the Player Experience department is to maximize Ubisoft players satisfaction, through direct and personalized communication, dynamic community management, as well as quick resolution of player incidents.

The Player Experience department is structured around 5 entities: Community Management, Customer Support, esports, Customer Experience and Program Management.

The mission of the latter is to facilitate the collaboration within the Player Experience team and between the Player Experience teams with Ubisoft partners through process and organization in order to unify and enable the best player experience. We are working hand in hand with Europe, Middle East Africa Player Experience Program Management team.

Within a global environment, you work closely with Business, IT and Production departments. This is a mission for a results-oriented person with the ability to communicate effectively, encourage sound decision-making, and guide the teams he/she works with to successfully deliver on commitments.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Your activity is a back and forth between Strategical and Tactical missions within our teams and with our Partners
  • Own cross-functional processes around upcoming innovative Help projects/programs linked to proving Help in any form to our players
  • Be the central point of collaboration with game teams to distribute and scale Help programs within their roadmap
  • Collaborate with the Player Experience teams and Cross-functional teams to make sure the planning and execution of the program is on point
  • Manage documentation, processes, repository of information, help organize and program manage organization for the program
  • Manage risks and prepare for issues with game launches working cross functionally with all relevant teams
  • Drive improvements to all facets of the Help programs experience within Ubisoft games

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 5+ years business experience in a process or product management role
  • Bachelor’s degree required with a focus in organizational business management
  • Have a strong passion for how groups work together and coordination of processes
  • Ability to assess and recommend innovative early-stage solutions
  • Must be a strong communicator, open to collaboration, and building group consensus
  • Have interest in and basic knowledge of video games in general
  • Pro-active, driven, and able to work autonomously within a highly dynamic environment
  • Have effective English professional written and oral communication skills
  • Be able to balance and execute multiple projects simultaneously
  • Have a strong understanding of the games industry and its products
  • French language skills are a plus
