Job Description
To ensure office system/equipment reliability, to deliver high quality, prompt and courteous Workplace Management Services in support of internal client's business needs in a safe working environment.
What You Will Do
To ensure office system/equipment reliability, to deliver high quality, prompt and courteous Workplace Management Services in support of internal client's business needs in a safe working environment.
Hard Service Management
- Responsible for office technologies include but not limited to the scope of power supply, lighting, HVAC, water supply and drainage, firefighting, AV, CCTV, security equipment, office equipment, pantry equipment, furniture, and interior, etc.
- Responsible for offices’ maintenance and repair works, including offices patrol, provide findings and improvement solutions, preventive maintenance plan, action plan, make repair rate statistics and reports, etc.
- Manage the outsourced technician, establish Engineering and inspection procedures, responsible for the weekly, monthly and annually working and maintenance plan to ensure that the technician has been fully understood and implemented, responsible for delivery of services in accordance with SLA
- Responsible for energy management improvement
Project Management/ Support
- Responsible for Project Management/ Support on construction projects, office Renovation & Test fit, and special projects, etc.
- Assistant senior work place manager to develop the construction management procedures improvement ensure on-site construction compliance with all governmental regulations and EHS rules etc.
Warranty management/ Support
- Assist Senior Work Place Manager to project acceptance, manage warranty and maintenance of properties when construction projects completed.
Furniture and Office equipment management
- Responsible for the regular patrol of furniture and office equipment, maintenance and repair, and ensure all the furniture and office equipment be in good and safety status.
Other Management
- Emergency & Crisis Management, Risk Management related.
- EHS Related
- Daily oversight of hard service facilities budget and spending.
- Keep good communication with BMO and have the regular meeting with BMO if needed.
- Any other duties assigned by the workplace team.
Qualifications
What You Need To Be Equipped With
- University degree in engineering, related discipline or equivalent facilities experience and training.
- Above 5 years of technical experience in building engineering with a strong background in technical aspects of utilities, reliability, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, repair and maintenance and overall system design and applications.
- Auto-CAD and PMP are preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Advanced computer and office software skills (good at PPT, Excel etc.)
