Job Description

You will join the HR for IT team, made of around 40 people working with the IT department which currently employs nearly 1,500 people worldwide.

You will specifically join the Talent & Development team which mission is to design and implement programs for the IT talents.

Within the HR for IT team, reporting to the HR Talent Management Director, you will design, implement and be responsible for the success of HR programs aiming at improving IT Talents journey.

The team is working on defining the Ubisoft IT employer branding to become a first-choice employer within the IT market, making sure all IT Talents are engaged and fostering a sense of pride and motivation, as well as helping them to grow to their full potential.

You will work closely with IT teams, HQ teams and HR for IT operations team to ensure the programs are following the Ubisoft strategic direction and ambition.

As Senior Project manager in the Talent HR for IT team, you will be:

  • the lead of international programs to attract, engage and/or develop IT talents
  • the point of contact with HR HQ teams and IT teams for those programs
  • the guardian of the success and value added of those programs for IT teams

In collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders and the whole IT operational teams located worldwide, your main missions will be to:

Design, implement and deploy strategic initiatives:

Drive initiatives aligned with Ubisoft IT objectives and creating value for IT talents

  • Frame the requirements of projects globally and locally
  • Identify the project team and sponsors
  • Set objectives and success criteria of the program
  • Define roadmap to reach your objectives
  • Monitor and control budget

Communicate to help clarity

  • Promote projects content toward HR & IT communities with the help of the communication team
  • Ensure IT management is involved and share your vision

Learn from experience

  • Do a proper retrospective on your initiatives to define what to stop, start and continue for the next ones
  • Document and share your lessons learned with the team

Design, implement and deploy trainings programs:

Build programs aligned with Ubisoft IT objectives and creating value for IT talents

  • Assess the needs and design the specificities required for the training
  • Set up pedagogical engineering
  • Identify stakeholders and speakers (internal or external)
  • Monitor and control budget
  • Organize the training sessions physically and remotely

Make sure programs are known and understood

  • Promote programs content toward HR & IT communities
  • Implement planning & registration in collaboration with HR operational teams
  • Document your work on our SharePoint

Implement KPIs to follow results and added value for the participants

  • Implement NPS
  • Improvement plan for next edition

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you have a solid HR and project management background, and you thrive in complex international environments and feel at home in decentralized organisations.

  • You are convinced that the success of a company lies in the individual and collective performance of its teams
  • You are motivated to work on an international scope, you speak fluent English (French is a plus)
  • Knowing the IT market/jobs and what is at stake is a plus
