  • Drafting and implementing HR processes and guidelines regarding employees, monitoring their evolution, their application and their commitment locally;
  • Protecting intangible assets in the employment contracts, notably at the international top management level;
  • Participating in external growth transactions through the audit of targets' employment contracts, their alignment with Ubisoft practices, their improvement if needed and the drafting of employment contracts for key people;
  • Supporting HR teams on litigation management and the deployment of an international lawyers network;
  • Looking for significant changes in the legal landscape and in HR developments in the video games industry and other disruptive industries which might have a direct or indirect impact on Human topics.

Since you have a transversal involvement, you will support and train HR teams to the best legal reflexes globally.

  • You are self-sufficient while having a strong team spirit at the same time.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential in order to be able to work in a multicultural context: most of your stakeholders will be English speakers.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and know how to listen to and to adapt to various stakeholders. You also show a sharp legal analysis and are in-house legal counsel-oriented.
