The Mission

We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager for ambitious unannounced projects here in Stockholm, Sweden.

As a Senior Brand Manager within the Ubisoft Stockholm Studio Brand team, you'll be part of setting the brand, IP and marketing strategies for the games & projects lead by the studio. You will be working with teams from all around Ubisoft to bring those strategies to life and deliver ambitious and innovative experiences to players from all around the world.

To achieve this, you will work embedded in the production teams, distilling their creative vision and translating it to make sure it is best communicated towards a global audience of players. You will also be working with a wide network of partners inside and outside Ubisoft to make sure that vision gets realized.

In this role, youโ€™ll be reporting to our Studio Brand Director and be part of a larger team that drives brand and marketing strategy, as well as creative services. You will collaborate with multiple teams across the studio, but as well as partners within other Ubisoft offices, and external agencies to deliver your work.

In this role you will...

  • Define high level brand and marketing strategies on the projects lead by Ubisoft Stockholm
  • Partner with various cross-functional teams inside and outside of the studio to deliver on the strategies as well as advocate for the brand across the Ubisoft organization
  • Manage and support creative execution, whether with internal teams or external partners and agencies
  • Gather data through consumer research and collaboration with Ubisoft knowledge teams to make sure development and marketing teams are always up to date on consumer and market expectations
  • Be involved in every part of bringing new games and development technologies to the world

Qualifications

We would love if you...

  • Have significant (probably more than seven years) experience in product or brand marketing within digital entertainment (video games, cinema or TV, etc.)
  • Are fluent in English with high level of written, verbal, and technical communication.
  • Can show experience from working on new or established Brand/IP for an international stage.
  • Are self-driven in your work and understand what makes collaboration successful.
  • Have proven project management skills and know how to be a good partner and colleague.
