JOB DESCRIPTION

Within the International HQ teams, who work on global strategy and support for the group, you will join the Compensation & Benefits team.

  • In line with our group C&B Philosophy, design, structure and manage all transversal C&B programs & processes
  • Audit current compensation processes, identify internal and external best practices and recommend evolutions with the objective to improve our efficiency and support business execution
  • Pilot and improve our global Long-Term Incentives schemes to attract and retain top talents
  • Develop our global employee ownership plan to associate teams to the success of the company with cutting-edge programs
  • Build and manage a worldwide market intelligence ecosystem to monitor and ensure our compensation competitiveness
  • Participate to group C&B projects and initiatives depending on our HR strategic roadmap
  • Manage a team of experienced professionals
