Job Description

Ubisoft is currently seeking for a Project Manager to work in the IT department at which currently employs nearly 1,500 people worldwide.

You will join the Office of the CIO, a team of 80 people covering various cross-functional management functions such as finance, strategic planning, communication, human resources, methods and processes. The team’s mission is to support the Chief Information Officer and IT teams in ensuring we do the right things and do things right.

Responsibilities

  • During the initialization phase, you will clarify and/or contribute to the definition of the mandate of the projects you will work on at the Office of the CIO or IT level;
  • To execute efficiently, you organize your work, highlight potential roadblocks and dependencies, and rely on your collaboration and communication skills to embark the various stakeholders;
  • You contribute to “make the implicit, explicit” by documenting what you do in order to give visibility and facilitate alignment;
  • You prepare, animate and follow-up on key IT ceremonies and workshops.

Qualifications

Education and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a project management role.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint), Jira, Confluence;
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban;
  • You are adaptable to different situations and ability to multitask all while being autonomous at a fast pace environment;
  • You are versatile, you like to learn, and you appreciate being confronted with challenges;
  • Bilingual (French/English) is required both orally and written.
