JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for facilitating work of cross-disciplinary teams working on Far Cry project.
Responsibilities:
- Help teams to shape their deliverables and assess risks, stay on track with their work, and resolve problems or blockers that they may encounter during production.
- Ensure smooth and constant communication flow between teams, their members and external partners.
- Detect issues and difficult team situations, highlight them and step in to take initial actions to resolve them when necessary.
- Participate in the creation and development of the project’s organizational structure.
- Act as a point of contact for all logistical needs of the team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- You have great communication and teamwork skills. You thrive in a team, inspire and ignite others.
- You are ambitious and willing to go the extra mile to make things happen.
- You love video games and strive to create memorable experiences the players will remember.
- You know it can get tough sometimes – you remain cool and collected no matter what happens.
- You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in project management and/or coordination
Nice to have:
- You have been part of a full game production cycle and shipped at least 1 game title.
- You have a background in QC or experience leading QC teams
