Job Description

You will be working closely with the tools and web development team whose mission is to develop software that integrates and automates QC activities: reporting, analytics, build deployment and many more. 

What you'll do:

  • Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project
  • Manage the mid to long-term roadmap and product releases & monitor schedule, budget and deadlines
  • Be accountable for backlog management and prioritization
  • Be accountable for the product business KPIs: definition, implementation, monitoring and follow up
  • Attend and facilitate scrum meetings including standups, retrospectives, reviews and planning
  • Assess value, develop use cases, and prioritize stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
  • Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting the team’s completion of Release/Sprint Goals
  • Present and showcase the tools, gather and document feedback
  • Maintain an on-going relationship with the end users, get feedback and transform it into required product improvement and new features
  • Create user facing tools documentation

Qualifications

What you'll bring as experience

  • Relevant experience working with SCRUM methodology and with development teams
  • Relevant experience managing backlogs, owning roadmaps and tools rollout
  • Experience in project management is a plus
  • Comfortable with data management and visualization: understand metrics and KPIs and have a KPI driven mindset
  • Must be capable of managing multiple stakeholders always having in mind a value driven approach
  • Ability to implement concepts, ideas and plans while functioning in a flexible, constantly changing environment necessary
