You will be working with a team of dedicated developers focused on Tom Clancy’s XDefiant. A new free-to-play FPS blending fast-paced 6-v-6 arena combat with faction-based abilities in a technicolor realm of chaos. Players will be able to select and form teams from a variety of characters from across the Tom Clancy universe – creating their dream team to take on opponents in a dynamic map environments for high-octane gameplay. XDefiant will be available on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One consoles, PlayStation®5 and PlayStation®4, as well as on Stadia, Luna and Ubisoft Connect, with full crossplay expected at launch.

Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Coordinate with other Producers on the team for tech art, in house art assets, UI elements and other game features on an as needed basis
- Help wrangle asset delivery times, current status, and scheduling approvals with the Lead Producer
- Generate tasks or bugs for anything missing on weapons or their attachments
- Ensures high quality by reviewing competitive product, evaluating design/technical/art documents and other creative materials, and creating quality tracking documents
- Communicates constantly with the development team
- Manages time efficiently by task prioritization, resource coordination, risk assessment and proactive problem solving
- Applies leadership in motivating everyone to solve key performance issues and increase efficiency
- Assists in any other assignments as directed by the Lead Producer
Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Intermediate level of experience producing or developing console and PC games
- Excellent understanding of the Action game genre
- Good project management skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, Jira, and Confluence
- Familiarity with modern military weapons and attachments would be a huge bonus
