JOB DESCRIPTION
Ubisoft's Workplace department, which is composed of around 55 people, works to improve the work environment and the employee experience (layout of workspaces, service offering, security, etc.). The Workplace aims to offer employees a work environment that reflects their image: friendly, creative and original.
Working with the Associate Site Manager, you are responsible for the environment and working conditions of the employees by ensuring the proper functioning and supply of the site in terms of furniture, equipment and facilities. You are the face of the service on site, especially in this key period of transition and moving of our teams to a new location. You will therefore be required to be versatile in different Workplace positions.
In this position, your main missions are:
As the Workplace is the point of access for all employee requests formulated on our internal tool, you are in charge of these orders: you listen to them, respond to them and ensure that they are properly processed.
- You place orders for materials and services (caterers, gift vouchers, flowers, business cards, etc.) and manage stocks (offices, cafeterias);
- You manage the parking lot in accordance with the parking allocation process;
- You ensure the follow-up of all orders with our accounting services.
As a versatile Workplace specialist, you replace your various team members during their absences:
- You manage the reception, distribution and sending of mail and parcels for our site;
- You participate in the perfect maintenance of our site: setting up furniture, preparing meeting rooms, managing our storage spaces, supplying supplies and cafeterias, etc.;
- You accompany external service providers as well as in-house technicians;
- And much more (management of our storage spaces, moving teams, etc.)!
QUALIFICATIONS
- To be successful in this position, you have a previous experience (for example in the retail sector, the hotel industry, handling or other). If you wish to join us to take up this challenge and if you recognize yourself on the following statements, then do not hesitate any more!
- You are flexible and highly adaptable to deal with the unexpected.
- You are a handy person and ingenious, you show versatility and know how to solve problems, whether it is to assemble shelves or to help an employee to recover his keys fallen behind a gate!
- Your friends recognize you as a good service person with a strong team spirit.
- The French language is your favourite, both verbally and in writing.
- Finally, Word, Excel and Outlook email tools do not scare you.
