The physical security analyst works in coordination with all production and services teams, and other security relays to ensure the safety of persons and physical assets.

As Physical Security Analyst you will provide informational, functional and technical security expertise to ensure and enhance the current physical security posture within Ubisoft.

Your main mission

  • Coordinate the creation and review of physical policies (standards, processes, guidelines) and ensure compliance of day-to-day physical security operations;
  • Provide technical requirements and participate in on-site physical security implementations. Perform follow-ups to ensure integrations within expected criteria and ensure legal compliance of the security deployments.
  • Provide expertise during major physical incidents and follow up on physical incidents to ensure proper corrective actions;
  • Enforce security best practices and global policies impacting the safety of persons and security of physical assets, work directly with the local management as necessary;
  • Coordinate and implement proper corrective actions to be applied following physical security assessments;
  • Participate in implementing and ensuring physical security during internal and external events;
  • Keep up to date with latest technologies and regulations pertaining to physical security; analyze and propose changes when required;

The professional value you bring

  • Knowledge in access control and surveillance systems; IT technologies pertaining to the physical security field and in Romanian fire safety and physical security legislations
  • Proven track record in technical hands-on on at least one of the following topics: Physical access controls, video surveillance, physical intrusion mitigation;
  • Proven track record in working with documentation submitted to the police department, or relevant experience and in working with security agents deployment;
  • Be available outside of normal business hours for short periods in case of unforeseen events;
  • English language is required (oral/written).

Nice to have

  • Degree, certification or training in security (ASIS PSP, etc.) is an asset;
