JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

We’re looking for an aspiring Performance Μarketing Manager, to help us with planning and implementing innovative Paid Advertising campaigns to grow Ubisoft’s user base, traffic, engagement and revenue in China.

Campaign Planning

Work cross-functionally with Campaign PM, Sales, Content Marketing,Data Analytic and agency partners to established clear campaign strategy, tactics, objectives, and measurement KPIs for our paid campaigns;

Contribute to the development of in-house channel media strategies & tactics, utilizing knowledge and expertise to advise our campaign planning process;

Provide optimal budget forecasting and/or allocation recommendations, with the focus of achieving maximum reach, scale, engagement effectiveness, and performance efficiency.

Campaign Execution & Maintenance

  • Manage all aspects of the day-to-day activation of performance media campaigns, including campaign creation, modifications recommendations, performance optimization, and budget monitoring for Ubisoft’s China paid campaigns to meet key performance metrics;
  • Collaborate with content marketing and creative teams to guide A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests on performance media campaigns to identify what works best;
  • Work closely with data Analytics to deliver dashboard/reports that give a clear view of campaign performance, along with insights, recommendations, and next steps;
  • Demonstrate proactivity in providing daily meaningful optimization recommendations and provide timely updates/answers to short notice requests;
  • Demonstrate flexibility to manage multiple requests, tasks, and dependencies in a timely manner.

Additional Research & Projects

  • Be proactive to explore, study and test new channels and trends to optimize marketing budgets as well as to maximize Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and efficiently scale new customers;
  • Be responsible for the creation of media strategy presentations and performance campaign post-mortems on regular basis.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years direct experience in digital marketing with a focus on the paid marketing
  • Deep understanding of mainstream ads platforms, such as Baidu, Tencent, Tmall, Weibo ecosystem and products;
  • Be familiar with KOL collaboration models on new media platforms, such as Douyu, Huya, bilibli, Red, etc.
  • Experienced in planning and managing media campaign in the above multiple channels;
  • Ability to use a data focused approach to defend strategic, tactical, and budget recommendations for performance media campaigns;
  • Ability to synthesize and communicate numerical or complex information, both oral and written;
  • Experience with collaborating and building relationships across multiple teams/departments;
  • Able to work under pressure with short deadlines;
  • Experience in an Agency/Ad-Tech/Publishers environment preferred;
  • Experience in Analytics Tools agency, and/or a high-level understanding of web-trend analytics is a plus;
  • Knowledge of the video gaming industry and/or passionate about digital performance media a plus.
