Job Description

The Monetization Coordinator assists with documentation, management and delivery of player facing and monetized content. The individual in this role understands, documents and manages internal content management system tools and their corresponding SOPs. Additionally, they analyze data and assists in defining strategies to increase player conversion, in-game spending, retention and average revenue per user (ARPU), respecting fairness for our players. They work closely with the development teams (game design, BI, live operations, art, production, marketing, business, community, etc.) to help deliver and optimize monetization opportunities that support the game's overall vision

Qualifications

  • Diploma/specialization in business administration, economics, or marketing
  • Experience in digital sales/online & e-commerce business is an asset
  • Strong passion for gaming and a good understanding of game design (mechanics & systems)
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with online games

Skills:

  • Knowledge of e-commerce systems, pricing strategies, and merchandising; acquisition, retention, and monetization mechanisms
  • General understanding of Acquisition, Retention and Monetization levers: player’s motivation levers, game business models, etc.
  • Knowledge of visualization tools: Excel, Tableau
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skill
