Ubisoft is seeking its regional mobile marketing manager for the LATAM region. Based in Sao Paulo, and reporting to the Managing Director for Latin America, with a dotted line to the Mobile Headquarters in Paris, you will be part of the team ensuring the success of our mobile games in the region, growing our playerbase, and crafting relevant experiences for our regional players.

You will collaborate with multiple teams across the world, including mobile headquarters in Paris, mobile regional teams in APAC, studios, as well as the PC & Consoles teams in Brazil and other LATAM countries.

Job Description

As a regional mobile marketing manager for Latam, your role will be to craft and execute the marketing strategy for our portfolio of mobile games.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Work with HQ and other regions to define strategic integrated marketing plans that support regional sales and growth strategy for our upcoming mobile titles
  • Plan, coordinate and execute regional marketing activities: brand marketing, social media activations, community development
  • Adapt and amplify global initiatives, taking into account local specifics, to align with regional strategy
  • Identify local opportunities for marketing activations
  • Guide media targeting and budget allocations and research/analytics-based plans to measure media and brand impact
  • Measure performance and conduct data analysis to produce quantitative and qualitative insights about our activations performance in the region
  • Work with LATAM PC and consoles teams to create relevant coverage and awareness and maximize value from all activities
  • Manage and maintain relationship with regional vendors to maximise ability for execution and innovation
  • Provide in-market feedbacks and insights, and stay up-to-date with relevant trends and best practices in a mobile marketing environment
  • Ultimately ensure that marketing activations are managed to the exceptional standards, utilising all relevant, available and applicable optimisation methods to drive maximum impact and growth

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in brand building and execution of different types of marketing channels for Mobile titles
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns across the region with measurable outcomes
  • Deep understanding of LATAM markets differences with
  • Proven experience of being a proactive strategic partner to the product, editorial, distribution and executive teams
  • Collaborative leader with exceptional influencing skills and experience working across many areas and levels of an organization
  • Strong creative skills, including the ability to generate and sell new campaign ideas
  • Highly numerate with strong critical thinking skills and rigorous attention to detail
  • Fluent in English
  • Previous experience in marketing in the video games or entertainment industry
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, rigorous and love teamwork
