You will be working on two free to play mobile games, one live project and one new unannounced project, ensuring players have a fun engaging experience and that our games are a commercial success. You will make decisions on in-game content, events, promotions, and sales to ensure key KPI’s are achieved and exceeded using data, experience and industry knowledge.

You will work closely with the production team to ensure our players are have quality, world class gaming experiences. You will manage an experienced Live Ops team of Data Analysts, Customer Support and Community Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide detailed insights regarding game and business model design in order to directly influence the development of our games.
  • Suggest features based on business goals and player impact. Generate expected outcomes by analyzing data from existing games, creating forecast models and performing funnel analysis. Added value and improved ROI are expected.
  • Identify player needs and spot opportunities to build features that improve engagement and retention, grow the user base and engage our players.
  • Manage an experienced Live Operations team of Data Analysts, Brand Marketing and Customer Support
  • Advise higher management team on long term decision making and roadmap planning.
  • Provide valuable input into business cases based on in-depth data analysis and demonstrate how that analysis impacts key product metrics.
  • Produce project performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Be a hub between Customer Support, Community Management and the Production teams, but also external stakeholders.

Key Skills:

  • From a F2P gaming background, already worked in a similar position or as a producer during post-launch phase on a F2P game.
  • Strong communication and project management skills. Able to collaborate with and inspire cross discipline teams to achieve goals.
  • Committed to participate to the creation and operation of games of the highest quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work to meet specific deadlines required.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to make informed feature designs and decisions. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Macros and formulas) and MS Office suite is essential
  • Strong familiarity with iOS and Android freemium games marketplaces, trends and best practices.
  • A good knowledge in databases/BI is a plus.
  • Must be a self-starter, a team player and driven.

Qualifications:

  • BA/ BS degree
  • Over 6 years’ experience in product management or related role within gaming
  • Experience of live operations of a successful Free to Play mobile game.
