Lead Cinematic Artist (F/H/NB)

As a central part of the team, you will be responsible for the delivery and quality of the graphic mandate to the artistic team. Working closely with the entire cinematic team, your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Support and develop a team of artists with a view to reaching ambitious goals,
  • Structure and organize the team’s production in order to assure optimum performance,
  • Collaborate with your team and other disciplines in order to bring cutting edge ideas to the project,
  • Take part in establishing collaboration excellence with partner studios, a key element to success,
  • Participate in the improvement of the assets and textures production pipeline as well as ensure that it is fully understood,
  • Plan, prioritize and manage the team’s daily tasks while ensuring that deadlines and objectives are both met and comply with quality guidelines.


  • You have proven experience in video game artistic functions
  • Previous managerial experience is required
  • A good knowledge of 3D software (3dsmax, Maya, Blender, zbrush) is required.
  • On the texture side you use Substance designer and / or Painter
  • Well developed artistic and technical vision
  • Good communication and leadership skills, to unite the team around a common project, or common objectives.
  • Creative and artistic mind
  • Knowledge of and expertise in JIRA, Houdini or Motionbuilder would be a useful extra.
