Job Description

Ubisoft's IT teams are growing fast, and this will intensify in the years to come. So we want to equip ourselves with a connected and strong HR team, solid HR processes, and large-scale HR projects, across our Worldwide IT organization: today 1 500+ people spread over 12 departments in 14+ countries.

Within the International HQ teams, who work on global strategy and support for the group, you will join the HR department for Worlwide IT.

As part of the HR IT Management team, we are creating this role of IT HR Excellence Manager to animate processes and tools to strengthen, deploy a clear, accurate and reliable IT HR strategy framework to engage and develop IT teams across the organization in trustful environment.

As IT HR Excellence Manager you will be:

  • the guardian of the communication and understanding of HR IT policies toward employees and managers ;
  • the architect of the job mapping referential ;
  • the manager of all KPIs to monitor HR IT activities and deliveries ;

In collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders, your main missions will be to:

  • Make sure HR organization, process & tools are aligned with IT operational needs, priorities, and ways of workings ;
  • Ensure IT job mapping is always relevant and up to date ;
  • Ensure the consistency and relevance of our compensation & benefits policy through benchmarks;
  • Engage the teams on HR transversal projects ;
  • Participate to the definition of HR IT D&I, Health and Respect road map in liaise with the different stockholders
  • Communicate clear policies toward IT HR community and IT employees & managers
  • Follow the actions engaged in central and in local countries
  • Measure & communicate the impact through accurate KPIs

To help you in this role, you’ll manage an apprentice.

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you have a strong HR background and business acumen and you thrive in complex international environments and feel at home in decentralized organisations.

  • You have excellent people skills and are able to influence and federate multiple stakeholders with diplomacy and positive impact ;
  • You have strong appetite for projects related to C&B, benchmark, job mapping, grading, HR processes;
  • You master dashboards and KPIs;
  • As a true team-player, you are autonomous, not afraid to take initiative and can think out of the box to drive change and innovation;
  • You master professional English (90% of your time, your work produced, your conversations and your emails will be in English).
