Job Description

What you'll do

Reporting to the HR Specialist, the Coordinator assumes responsibilities related to administrative and recruitment support, coordinate the arrival of new employees, corporate events and programs.

Coordination of the arrival of new employees

  • Ensure data processing for the creation of new files in the human resources information system (HRIS).
  • Act as a resource for candidates and managers in the hiring process and facilitate their experience.
  • Carry out requests related to the onboarding of new employees, namely the delivery of computer equipment and requests for software.
  • Perform onboarding meetings with all new employees.

Coordination of corporate events and programs

  • Participate in the planning and ensure execution of corporate events - in person and virtual. Such responsibilities may include communication with suppliers, elements related to the animation and atmosphere of events and the creation and collection of post-event surveys.
  • Coordinate the implementation of group trainings.
  • Ensure the coordination of programs related to employee experience. For example, organising activities and monitoring expenses.
  • Coordinate and promote initiatives related to corporate social responsibility, including the use of volunteer days, monitoring our donation program and supporting the green committee.

Administrative support

  • Support our teams during office reorganisation and relocation. Follow up with those in charge of the work environment and facilitate the communication of updates to our colleagues.
  • Translate documents and texts (FR/EN, EN/FR).
  • Assist the HR team in carrying out various special projects related to human resources management and employee experience.
  • Follow up on collective requests for IT equipment.

If needed, recruitment support

  • Perform recruitment related tasks such as posting positions and checking background and references.
  • Coordinate job interviews with interviewers according to the established selection process.

Qualifications

What you bring to the team

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration, human resources or industrial relations or equivalent experience.
  • Administrative experience including data entry, writing communications in French and English and coordinating files or programs.
  • Bilingual (FR/EN)
  • Strong interest in the employee experience.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work with changing deadlines and has strong time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service.
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
