JOB DESCRIPTION

In collaboration with the HR Partners team, you will have an advisory role with first level managers and employees in order to promote optimal Human Resources management, but also to maintain a work climate conducive to the development of teams and the achievement of objectives.

In this role, you will work with Ubisoft IT, a global team whose mission is to provide technological expertise and business knowledge to design and deliver robust and reliable products and services for our teams, game production studios and gaming communities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support to Ubisoft IT teams, project or department employees and the team leader based on an excellent understanding of the industry, the organization, its teams, strategic directions and challenges/issues;
  • Know and effectively manage all HR processes;
  • Understand, plan, implement and communicate all HR operations such as onboarding, performance appraisals, development plans, job changes and promotions;
  • Manage effectively the use of HRIS to produce and analyze reports and data for strategic and resource planning;
  • Understand, apply and adapt existing rules in accordance with the legal system in line with the organization's objectives and participate in the preliminary analysis of cases in dispute (conflicts, problematic situations);
  • Translate effectively business requirements into appropriate HR actions by ensuring legal compliance and optimization of necessary policies;
  • Participate in the realization of various projects, provide useful data for decision making and identify improvements to be made to existing methods and processes;
  • Collaborate closely with various stakeholders in the implementation of HR tools or initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A background in human resources, a recognized certification and previous work experience is considered a must for this role;
  • Interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills;
  • Ability to organize, plan and prioritize while providing high quality customer service;
  • Ability to work in a team environment while also being able to work independently;
  • Experience in a creative or technological environment is an asset.
