Job Description
About the Role
This position is mainly responsible for system design based on overall design and follow up to ensure final implementation. Meanwhile, the daily work also includes communicate with stakeholder, collect feedback and continuously iterate the feature. During feature development, reading and writing in English are often used and required.
What you will do
Understand the overall design and make planning for the submodules you own.
Create & maintain system design document, including feature creative brief, specification and implementation document.
Communicate and align your feature intention and detail with other partners, to ensure your feature works as expected.
Collaborate with the team to ensure the implementation of feature into game.
Validate the feature, collect feedback and continuously iterate feature and ensure a good experience for players.
Qualifications
What you will bring
At least 3-year work experience as game designer and experience in the complete development lifecycle of a live game project.
Proven experience in system design and planning.
In-depth experience and understanding of at least 3 FPS games, and R6 is must-have.
Demonstrates strong self-motivation and commitment to achieving goals.
Possesses strong communication skills, working constructively and collaboratively with others, even in complex situations.
Show of self-driven & persistence. Proactively identifies critical roadblocks & their impacts to recommend optimized solutions.
Solid written and read in English.
