We are now looking for a Game Analyst to join our team of Data experts. In this position, you will work closely with our development team for Tom Clancy’s The Division Heartland and use your data analytics skills to make our awesome games even more awesome. By analyzing a variety of data sets to create reports and recommendations, your job is to ensure our teams stay data informed and enabling them to improve the game and player experience.
In this role, you will be supported by the project’s game analytics team and our studio’s own Player Intelligence team, which is responsible for game analytics and user research in our ambitious console and mobile games. Our mission is to provide actionable insights for our projects at every step of the game development process from conception to live operations.
We are looking for a game enthusiast and a data analytics professional. You love working in a multi-disciplinary team and enjoy being independently responsible for your area of expertise. You easily identify the relevant information and solve problems and deliver results with a customer focus. Be responsible for games analytics in every step of the game development process
Support live operations and bring analytical perspective to understand and improve the game and player experience.
Develop and deliver dashboards, reports and in-depth analysis and insights for the project teams
Collaborate with different stakeholders and partners both inside our studio and across other studios
Our dream candidate
Expertise of BI reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
Expertise of databases and SQL queries in environments like MySQL, Redshift, and Hive
Excellent analysis, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Understanding of the games industry and its trends
Proactive and self-driven
Experience in working in a multi-disciplinary team
We also appreciate
Data analysis skills in Python, R, or other similar programming languages
Knowledge of applied machine learning methods
Understanding of the dynamics of service-based business models and their KPIs
