Job Description

Ubisoft is looking for a passionate front-end developer, who enjoys setting ambitious goals and taking complex challenges to join our IT Customer & Marketing Solutions team, part of our IT department, located in Montreal. You will be developing applications to provide support to Ubisoft gamers not only on the web but in multiple game platforms (PC, Xbox, Playstation) using modern web frameworks and server-side technologies (React, .Net).

While the position is mainly for front-end development, you will have the opportunity to develop back-end skills and become a full stack developer for our ecosystems.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test and maintain large scale web applications and APIs;
  • Contribute to architecture requirements and design;
  • Support the developed applications in all environments through interaction with Operational teams and CI\CD setup;
  • Write unit and integration tests;
  • Participate in code reviews;
  • Create technical documentation;
  • Stay up to date on new technologies in the online services, game development and general web fields.

Qualifications

  • A significant experience with front-end (React) or full-stack development;
  • Good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP);
  • Experience with a Single-Page application Framework (SPA) such as React;
  • Experience with .Net stack is a plus;
  • Salesforce service cloud experience is a plus;
  • Strong ability to work as part of a team with good communication and interpersonal skills, written and spoken.
