Job Description

Ubisoft, a leading producer, publisher and distributor of interactive entertainment products worldwide, is currently seeking a Financial Planning Intern for its Finance Analytics department. You will support the San Francisco Business Office team responsible for financial forecasting and analytics for the Americas. This role will be fully remote, working during traditional business hours in the Pacific time zone. You will work with our team for approximately 6 months and can expect to work full time, approximately 30+ hours a week.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Assist the team with the quarterly and monthly forecasting cycles, including with loading data, updating models and performing validation checks
  • Support the creation and improvement of weekly / monthly and ad-hoc financial reports
  • Support ad-hoc analyses and modeling requirements as needed
  • Once trained, you will work independently to produce accurate and thorough reports, with little day to day supervision
  • Data analysis and UAT testing to support financial forecasting tools

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Advanced Excel skills – ability to manipulate large data sets, create data visualizations, use pivot tables and create analytical models
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous about getting numbers right
  • Very strong organizational, writing, and verbal skills
  • Pursuing either an undergraduate or graduate degree, specializing in business, economics, math or related areas of study
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and quick to adapt and learn.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively seek out answers to improve
