JOB DESCRIPTION

Inside Ubisoft HQ, the Talent Departement’s role is to ensure the recruitment, development and career support of Ubisoft’s talents who conceive our games. This privileged position allows our employees to have an overall vision of the Talent Department’s projects around the globe.

As Executive Recruiter, you will be responsible for ensuring Ubisoft’s pool of future leaders, in our Production Unit (Game Studios) wordlwide. As a result, your mission includes:

  • Partnering with our Top 150 on high-profile executive hires, advising on search strategy and ideal candidate profile.
  • Full stack recruitment:
    • Initial brief
    • Anticipating future needs
    • Sourcing both internally and externally
    • Conducting interviews
    • Co-constructing offers
    • Delivering offers to candidates
  • Build proactive relationships with passive candidates to engage them long term.
  • Keep market knowledge up to date
  • Give Talent Acquisition insights to the top management based on your benchmark

QUALIFICATIONS

If you find yourself in the following statements, you might be our next Executive Recruiter:

  • Intermediate / senior experience in Talent Acquisition position, ideally with proven experience for Executive Recruitment
  • Extensive experience of working with C-Level stakeholders
  • You are data and results driven, used to working in a fast-paced industry
  • Business partner approach with the Top management
  • Excellent attention to details
  • You are known to be proactive, eager to innovate in the way you recruit
  • Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken)
  • Ideally you also have an intermediate French level
