Job Description

Ubisoft Australia is looking for an Esports & Marketing Executive to join the team to drive Ubisoft’s esports strategy in Oceania and support the Brand department on general marketing activity across a variety of products. We are a local team of 30, and work closely with our global counterparts to bring our product campaigns to life locally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help to develop & execute all Ubisoft esports programs, from grassroots tournaments to our national leagues
  • Track and report viewership, participation and business KPIs for your respective esports programs including providing this information for monthly reports
  • Work with internal and external partners to produce content for a variety of Ubisoft channels, namely Twitch and YouTube, driving growth and engagement
  • Lead talent management of our Oceanic Nationals commentators and be a bridge between talent and our tournament operator
  • Lead and manage relationships with tournament organisers to oversee the creation, approval and execution of all grassroots esports programs
  • Support the wider marketing department on ad hoc projects across Ubisoft’s portfolio of products

Qualifications

Skills Required

  • An understanding of esports or competitive sport league structures
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Competent in Adobe Suite software (Photoshop, Premier Pro) or be willing to learn
  • Have excellent attention to detail and have pride in producing work to a high standard
  • Understand the importance of collaboration within the team
  • The ability to demonstrate clear communication skills
