Ubisoft, a global leader in the video games and entertainment software industry, is seeking an E-Commerce Coordinator: Insights and Activation to support its E-commerce marketing functions. The ideal candidate is an independent, solution-oriented team player with a robust knowledge in the executional expertise of audience related technologies, data sets and measurement plans. Also, a deep understanding of customer behavior-analysis and segmentation.

This person will work with the NCSA E-commerce teams, including Media, CRM, Data Science teams to influence the strategy towards the use of audience data across all channels, throughout a player’s lifecycle.

Reports to: E-commerce Audience Specialist

Responsibilities

Coordinate & support an audience strategy, analysis and framework for the NCSA E-commerce Store marketing teams

  • Analyze opportunities & provide support to activate audiences across marketing channels
  • Identify and analyze internal, external or multi-source audience data and opportunities that support business decision and campaigns, from planning phases through activation
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align audience definition, usage, sharing
  • Help define and manage audience processes to continually maintain and improve audience data quality and technology usage
  • Maintain, automate and streamline multi-source audiences delivery using marketing related technologies
  • Creation of weekly / ongoing reporting to find insights on key audience behavior related to identified marketing KPIs
  • Regularly collaborate with internal partner (including legal) and vendors to ensure compliance associated with data-sharing, data-ingestion and data-transfer processes
  • Become a subject matter expert in audience data management and insights - build a learning agenda to evangelize audience management best practices and educate marketers

Qualifications

What you bring

  • BS/ MS degree in Business or Computer Science with a marketing background
  • 2 years of professional related experience in CRM and/or Media
  • Query languages knowledge (e.g. SQL)
  • Analytical skills, used a analytics platform (e.g. Adobe Analytics, GA etc.)
  • Proficiency in audience related technologies including advertising platforms (Google, Facebook, Saleforce etc)
  • Ability to understand business problems, draw conclusions from data and recommend actions on how best to solve these problems.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, multiple project environment on an independent basis and in a proactive manner
  • A team player who is able to work collaboratively within the group and across business units/functions
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Has experience in a reporting platform (e.g. Data Studio, Tableau, Qlik) (nice to have)
  • Experience with syndicated research and local data partners/tools (Nielsen, ComScore, etc.) as well as consumer and market research practices. (nice to have)
