Job Description

Ubisoft, a global leader in the video games and entertainment software industry, is seeking a dynamic and creative marketing leader with deep experience bringing big ideas to life.

The Director of Partner Marketing is responsible for leading the NCSA Partner Marketing team to deliver breakthrough marketing campaigns with our key revenue generating partners. This position will oversee a team of 7 full-time and 3 temporary employees and work directly with a wide variety of sales channels – from streaming (Stadia, Twitch) to console (Xbox Store, PlayStation Store, Nintendo e-shop) to retail channels (Amazon, Target, Walmart, GameStop, Best Buy) and PC partners (Epic Game Store & Steam).

This individual will report to the VP of NCSA Sales.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Working closely with team members and in collaboration with EMEA, this person will:

  • Shape the future of Ubisoft’s digital console marketing strategy and tactics
  • Develop Ubisoft’s marketing approach for PC and streaming partners
  • Tap into the power of partner brands for big impact marketing (e.g. Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Alexa skill)
  • Assess and determine partner media strategy
  • Leverage the upcoming new generation of consoles to re-shape Ubisoft’s digital shopping experience
  • Enhance our understanding of shopping behavior and represent the shopper’s perspective in our go-to-market strategies
  • Amplify our national brand marketing campaigns in unique ways within the partner channel
  • Manage a national coop marketing budget
  • Deliver compelling Online Merchandising materials to ensure top quality product pages in all sales channels

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 7+ years’ experience in retail/partner marketing, brand marketing or product marketing
  • Minimum of 3 years managing at least 3 direct reports
  • Experience working with cross functional partners and managing budgets
  • Experience creating and pitching B2C marketing campaigns
  • Experience developing insights/research, or leading insights studies with agencies
  • Detail-orientation and ability to work well in a high pace environment
